Daylight Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Daylight Production Associate to join their team. As a Daylight Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Daylight Production Associate

Location: New Castle, PA

Pay Range: $19/hr.

Shift: Day shift 6a-4p M-Th OT Fridays and some Saturdays

What's the Job?

• Perform production labor tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. safely and efficiently
• Work across various roles within the facility to support production goals
• Complete required health and safety tests including hearing, vision, fit, and respirator fit tests
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Willingness to work overtime as designated
• Capability to pass health and safety testing including hearing, vision, and respirator fit tests
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Flexibility to move around the facility and perform various roles as needed
