Custodian

Our client, a leader in maintaining clean and safe environments, is seeking a Custodian to join their dedicated team. As a Custodian, you will be an essential part of the facilities management team, supporting the upkeep and cleanliness of multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Custodian

Location: ALBERT LEA, MN

Pay: $20.12/hour

What's the Job?

• Maintain buildings in a clean and orderly condition through routine cleaning tasks.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as vacuuming floors, washing walls, and cleaning glass surfaces.
• Remove rubbish and debris from designated areas to ensure a tidy environment.
• Visit multiple locations as needed to perform cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needs to ensure safety and functionality.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills to report issues effectively.
• Dependability and a positive work ethic.
