Loan Quality Review Specialist

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a dedicated Loan Quality Review Specialist to join their team. As a Loan Quality Review Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Loan Operations Department supporting the loan processing and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Loan Quality Review Specialist

Location: Wichita, KS

Pay Range: $25 to $30

Shift: Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM 

What's the Job?

• Post close and verify booking of all loan types including commercial and residential mortgage loans 
• Build loan exceptions in our loan exception tracking system
• Work to continually develop and improve internal procedures
• Assist with collateral reviews and audits
• Support activities related to file management, including document scanning, file building, and vault filing

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Commercial or residential mortgage loan processing experience
• Minimum of two years’ experience in banking or finance-related industry preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic environment
• Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
