Our client, a healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, is seeking a Patient Services Associate to join their team. As a Patient Services Associate, you will be part of the Patient Support Department supporting the front-line patient engagement team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Patient Services Associate
Location: Saline, MI
Pay Range:
Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Scheduling appointments by phone to ensure smooth patient flow
- Registering patients efficiently and accurately into the system
- Taking patient messages and relaying important information promptly
- Processing prescription requests with attention to detail
- Assisting in managing referral work queue loads to maintain operational efficiency
