Assemblers - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the healthcare device industry, is seeking dedicated Assemblers to join their team. As an Assemblers, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the assembly of small parts to build high-quality cleaning devices for hearing aids that are sold at major retail outlets like Costco and Sams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assemblers

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Use small parts to assemble cleaning devices for hearing aids with precision and care.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and quality standards to ensure product consistency.
• Operate and maintain small hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Ability to focus on detailed tasks and maintain accuracy during assembly.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required.
