Were hiring an outgoing Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our roofing and contracting company through in-person outreach and relationship building.
This is not a sales role. You wont inspect, quote, or close deals. Your job is to connect with local businesses, build relationships, and book free inspection appointments for our sales team.

- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Book appointments for free inspections (no selling required)
- Attend networking events and community functions
- Track outreach and appointments using company systems
- No selling
- No inspections
- No construction experience required
