Position Overview

We are currently seeking a caring and reliable Caregiver/Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care for an elderly female client in Creston, Iowa during 12-hour daytime shifts. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding relationship while making a positive impact every day.

What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you will provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities, including:

• Personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Meal planning and preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Assistance with mobility and transfers
• Companionship and emotional support
• Engaging the client in activities such as conversation, reading, music, puzzles, and other hobbies
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting any changes to the care team

• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
