Licensed Nursing Home Administrator: This is a rare opportunity has opened up for the right candidate to lead our team. We are seeking an experienced individual that values quality and customer service to lead Dove Healthcare - West Eau Claire, a 83-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Our campus is supported by an experienced, successful management team, plus a full-time director at the assisted living residence.

Required Skills:

• Ability to manage/lead people at various levels and provide needed feedback to create a supportive environment
• Good problem solver
• Demonstrate the ability to independently develop educated decisions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or adequate experience in a healthcare setting
• Current Wisconsin licensed nursing home administrator or be in the process of obtaining a license

Preferred Skills:

• Previous administrator experience
