Home Health Aide (HHA) Caregiver Role - St. Petersburg

At SYNERGY HomeCare, we provide compassionate, client-centered care that allows individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes. We are currently hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the elderly.

This position is located in St. Pertersburg, Florida.

What you'll do:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.

• Accompanying clients to their appointments.

• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)

• Monitor and report changes in client condition.

• Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections)

• Follow care plans and agency protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid Home Health Aide- HHA Certifications

• Current CPR certification (required)

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred)

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

• Recent TB Test Results.

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.

• Must have strong communication skills.
