We are hiring a full-time Rehabilitation Director to oversee therapy services within a skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for coordinating clinical operations, supporting staff, and ensuring effective care delivery for residents.

• Oversee daily rehab operations and support therapy staff
• Manage scheduling, caseloads, and service delivery
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with facility leadership to support resident care
• Monitor outcomes and maintain required documentation
• Active PT or OT license required
• Skilled nursing experience required
