Automotive Service Advisor (Quick Lube Sales) – High Earning Potential
We are hiring a sales-driven Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced quick lube team. This is a customer-facing sales role where you’ll recommend maintenance services, build trust, and maximize ticket value.
Pay & Benefits:
  • $800 to $1300 per week - earning potential.
  • Commission + bonuses (uncapped).
  • Weekly SPIFFs & performance incentives.

What You’ll Do:
  • Greet customers and guide service recommendations.
  • Recommend oil changes, filters, and maintenance services.
  • Upsell ethically by educating customers.
  • Work with technicians to verify vehicle needs.
  • Deliver fast, friendly, professional service.

Requirements:
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication & closing skills.
  • High energy, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Automotive experience is a plus (not required).
