What You'll Do:- Welcome and assist prospective residents, current residents, and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Showcase our community by conducting apartment tours and explaining lease terms and amenities.
- Support marketing and leasing strategies while ensuring compliance with Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and company policies.
- Handle essential office tasks, including answering calls, processing applications, filing paperwork, and data entry.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and providing excellent customer service.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless daily operations within the leasing office.
- 1+ year of leasing experience preferred - but we're happy to train the right candidate with a strong customer service background!
- Tax credit experience is a PLUS!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with residents and applicants.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic office and computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and office equipment.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for some weekends.
