Location: Troy, Ohio (On-Site)

Hours: Sunday – Thursday: 10:30 pm – 7:00 am

Reports to: Production Manager

Your Mission:

Are you dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to join a fast-paced team? We're looking for motivated Machine Operators to keep our production running strong on 3rd shift!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Perform quality checks to keep products up to standard
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Work with a team that values hard work and reliability

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• 3+ years experience preferred
• Strong attention detail
• Ability to lift, stand and work in a production environment
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Looking for "A" Players

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to train on 1st shift for a few weeks
