Our mission is to be the Best place for patients to receive care, the Best place for employees to work, and the Best place for physicians to practice medicine.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT Working in our surgery centers gives you many opportunities to interact with and care for surgical and procedural patients. Throughout the day, a Certified Nursing Assistant cycles through the list of tasks and patient assignments in our fast-paced environments. You will work closely with the nursing staff to care for the patients. You will help patients move around the facility, reposition them in a way that allows them to be comfortable, or assist with readying equipment and supplies for use. You will be responsible to perform certain duties, for example, checking vital signs, testing blood sugar, taking blood samples, and other preoperative tests.QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant certification or the ability to apply
• Strong organizational skills along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
