What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain bindery and finishing equipment
• Set up jobs according to production specifications
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment operating efficiently
• Monitor workflow and production schedules to meet deadlines
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Equipment Experience Preferred

Experience with any of the following equipment is a plus:

• MBO Pile Feed Folders
• MBO Continuous Feed Folders
• Stahl Continuous Feed Folders
• Muller Martini Saddle Stitchers
• Polar Cutters
• Heidelberg Cylinder Die Cutters

What We're Looking For

• Previous commercial bindery experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
