Our client seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to help build and mature a new AI Center of Excellence. You will partner with product management and cross-functional teams to guide AI use cases through governance, design, development, and prioritization. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, perform data-driven analysis, and support delivery of AI-aligned solutions across multiple business teams.

Rate: $60.00 to $55.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
- Partner with product management to intake, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases through established governance.
- Lead interviews, elicit and document requirements, and define current and future state processes.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to test hypotheses and define quality and success metrics for AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data enablement, architecture, Snowflake, and application delivery teams to translate requirements into designs.
- Create clear communications and presentations to convey complex findings to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support solution health measurement and business value realization for AI-aligned initiatives.
- Engage with business partners across channels in a consultative manner to drive outcomes.
Experience Requirements:
- 5-7+ years in a business or systems analyst role with strong interviewing, requirements definition, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and initiative to learn new skills and capabilities.
- Ability to develop domain knowledge quickly and support associates and clients on use case needs.
- Experience defining current and target states and translating them into actionable requirements and designs.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and BI/data platforms such as Snowflake, Oracle, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with AI/ML and predictive model concepts and outputs. Direct experience preferred or active pursuit of related education.
- Excellent written and oral communication, project management, and presentation skills.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
