Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Assist customers with service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing updates on vehicle status.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
- Prepare service estimates and explain repair options to customers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of automotive services and repairs is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with automotive software and tools.
- Certifications related to customer service or automotive knowledge.
