Job Description:
Addison Group is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day front office operations and contract documentation for our client in the financial services industry. This is a fully onsite position, offering a long-term contract opportunity within a corporate office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk coverage daily during lunch and scheduled break periods; serve as backup when the receptionist is out of office
- Scan, organize, and file contracts into multiple internal systems
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for contracts and related documents
- Assist with printing, labeling, and tracking incoming vehicle titles
- Cross-reference and verify data and invoices between systems
- Support various administrative projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate or professional setting
- Previous front desk or reception experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable with office equipment and tools including scanners and fax machines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and communication skills
