What You’ll Do

As a Line Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading your production line to success:

• Supervise and motivate your team to hit goals
• Inspect products regularly to ensure quality
• Train and coach line workers in best practices
• Manage documentation and maintain accuracy with WMS systems
• Collaborate with other leaders to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Uphold safety, GMP, and company standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WMS experience a plus)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Able to lift 20 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in varying temperatures
• High School Diploma (GED or 3+ years production/warehouse experience preferred)
