Evening Cleaner

Location: Bay City, MI

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Steady second shift-no weekends!)

As a vital part of our local cleaning team, you will handle routine janitorial tasks to ensure our clients' facilities stay safe, sanitized, and professional. Your nightly routine will include:

• Sanitize & Refresh: Deep clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surface areas.

• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the assigned facility.

• Waste Management: Empty trash bins, replace liners, and keep spaces organized.

• Inventory & Supplies: Restock essential items (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) and report low stock or maintenance needs to your supervisor.

• Safety Standards: Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.

Zero janitorial experience? No problem! We hire for attitude, reliability, and work ethic-we will train you on the rest.

• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Transit: Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site in Bay City.

• Work Style: Strong time management skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Physical Stamina: Comfortably stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout your 4-hour shift.

• Experience: Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

• Weekends Off: Keep your weekends entirely to yourself with our strict Monday-Friday schedule.
