We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee rehabilitation services within a skilled nursing facility in Quincy, MA. This leadership role is ideal for a licensed therapist who enjoys team development, operational oversight, and driving quality clinical outcomes in a collaborative rehab environment.

• Oversee daily rehab operations, staff workflow, and scheduling
• Support compliance, documentation quality, and clinical outcomes
