• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility during the evening shift.
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting any changes promptly to the nursing team.
• Provide compassionate companionship that promotes emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Adhere to infection control policies and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification and current licensure.
• A genuine passion for helping others and providing compassionate care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively during evening hours (2pm-10:30pm).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to monitor and report patient conditions accurately.
