PRN NURSE PRACTIONER

Position Description: PRN/PART-TIME PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS NURSE PRACTITIONER REQUIRED We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services to patients of all ages, focusing on family-centered care, and health promotion.**Duties:**- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed- Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, and minor surgical interventions- Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and promote healthy lifestyle choices- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards**Requirements:**- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program- Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification- State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in family medicine or primary care- Proficiency in electronic health record systems like Dr. Chrono and knowledge of ICD-10 coding- Ability to perform venipuncture, phlebotomize, and other clinical proceduresJoin our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients through compassionate and evidence-based care.
