Animal Care Needed

Eggnog is a rescue. He will tug on a leash and back out of it and escape if you arent careful. He will go after cats and other male dogs make him react. It is important to pick him up and soothe him or better to let him out in a safe enclosed yard. He is really sweet and loves to sit in laps. When he whines it means he has to go outside to go potty.
