Schedule

• 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Rotating schedule:
  • Week 1: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Average 36 hours per week
• Weekend work required

Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced CDL A Local Truck Driver for a full-time yard switcher and shuttle position at the Kohler facility in Huntsville. This Local Truck Driver role combines yard spotting and local shuttle runs, providing a mix of responsibilities in a home daily position.
Responsibilities

• Perform yard spotting in a fast-paced environment (40–60 moves per shift)
• Complete local shuttle runs using a day cab
• Operate safely within the Kohler facility and surrounding areas
• Switch between equipment as needed

The Local Truck Driver will be responsible for maintaining safe operations while efficiently moving equipment throughout the yard and nearby locations. This role provides more variety than a traditional yard-only position.
Requirements

• CDL A license
• Minimum 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience (verified)
• Clean driving record
• No Clearinghouse violations
