Babysitter Needed

We're a warm Irvine family with an energetic 15-month-old looking for a reliable mother's helper a few days a week. I work from home and need a right-hand person to keep our toddler happy and engaged while I'm on calls, and help with household tasks during nap time. Responsibilities: - Engaging and playing with our toddler - Laundry (wash, fold, put away) - Cleaning and organizing the house - Dishes and kitchen tidying - Snacks/meals and meal prep Hours are flexible and shift based on my workload some days busier, some lighter. Ideally looking for someone to help mornings to afternoon time-frame 3-4 hours most days. References required. Hope to find someone to grow with long-term!
