Cleanroom Technician – Day Shift

Location: Fremont, CA
Pay Range: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Day Shift)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail‐oriented Cleanroom Technician to join our high‐precision manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a controlled cleanroom environment, enjoys hands‐on work, and takes pride in producing high‐quality components for advanced manufacturing applications.

As a Cleanroom Technician, you will support daily production operations by cleaning, processing, and preparing parts using a variety of chemical, manual, and mechanical methods. You will play a key role in maintaining product quality, equipment cleanliness, and overall cleanroom standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and process parts using chemical baths, manual cleaning, and mechanical equipment
• Perform tasks such as receiving, masking, wiping, scrubbing, blasting, etching, coating, drying, baking, and machine operation
• Inspect parts before and after processing to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment used in the cleanroom
• Complete daily 6S cleaning, organization, and contamination‐control tasks
• Accurately enter RA measurement data and maintain production records
• Follow all cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and PPE requirements
• Support additional production or shop tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous cleanroom, machine operation, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow strict cleanliness and safety procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, process‐driven environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
