Position Details:
Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Lansing, Michigan
Position Type: Contract – 12Months (Possible Extension)
Will this position be required to work onsite for any reason at any time? This position must work within and may be required to work onsite at Plan Sponsor's Lansing office as directed by the Plan Sponsor.
Engagement Description – This is one of four MPSERS Contractors positions that a major health care payer ("Client") is required to fulfill for our customer, the Office of Retirement Services (ORS), and it is a medical contractual obligation for the client to fill these MPSERS contractor positions for the ORS.
This position must work within the State of Michigan and may be required to work onsite at Plan Sponsor's Lansing office as directed by the Plan Sponsor.
Please note that this position does not work at any client facility. The position does not require any client systems access (i.e., LAN Access is not needed) client contractor badge ID, or any client equipment. This position does not report to anyone at client.
This position is an active employee of the recruiting firm that represents them. The position is full-time and can be renewed for the next following full year with the customer's approval.
The ORS provides this contractor position with all necessary equipment, access, badge ID, and any additional support.
The position involves scheduling for the Director's office. This includes scheduling meetings for all members of the Executive Process Counsel (EPC). It also includes scheduling meetings requested by staff that include the EPC and the Business Leaders Assembly (BLA). The position will monitor and process scheduling requests from email inboxes for the Directors Office and the Benefit Plan Design group.
Copying, scanning, and faxing.
Electronic data entry and word processing.
Assist with writing and updating Director's Office procedures.
Assist SEMA with assignments as requested.
Other additional duties as assigned.

• Introductory, working knowledge of AI tools, frameworks, capabilities.
• Policy manuals and procedures management, and updates

Education/Certifications – Include:
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
