Warehouse Groundskeeper

We are seeking a dependable and reliable Janitorial / Facility Cleaning Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, good attendance, and a stable work history. Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but we are primarily looking for someone who is responsible, consistent, and takes pride in their work.

SHIFT: 7AM-4PM

Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $15 hourly

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the facility, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and maintaining common areas.
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness of workspaces, break areas, and other assigned areas.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and ensure areas are maintained to company standards.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and properly.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Maintain a professional attitude and demonstrate reliability and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Dependable and reliable with a strong attendance record.
• Stable work history with a commitment to long-term employment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must pass background screening requirements.
• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus.
