Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | 1st Shift (7:00am–3:30pm)

A growing manufacturing company in the Kingston area is seeking a Lead Press Brake Operator with hands-on CNC fabrication experience. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity offering competitive pay, steady hours, and the chance to work with a skilled production team.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (Amada, Cincinnati, or similar)
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Select appropriate tooling and perform full machine setups
• Perform precise metal bending and forming operations to meet specifications
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools
• Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of press brake setup and operation experience
• Strong knowledge of CNC machinery in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Experience working with sheet metal fabrication
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and take initiative as a lead operator
