Caregiver

As a Care Provider specializing in private home settings, you will deliver compassionate support primarily to elderly clients. Working independently, your role centers on enhancing the quality of life for individuals through personalized care, including health monitoring and emotional support. This position offers opportunities for growth into advanced caregiving and management roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities
• Administer medication according to care plans
• Support client mobility safely and effectively
• Monitor health status and report changes
• Offer emotional support and companionship
• Prepare meals suited to clients' dietary needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Required Qualifications

• If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer
• First Aid certification
• Knowledge of patient care and basic medical concepts
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Accurate record keeping

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification
