Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Facilities Technician I to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on maintenance experience and a strong HVAC background. The Facilities Technician will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot building systems, and assist with general facility repairs to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance needs.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Assist with general building upkeep and construction-related projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• HVAC experience is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction trades, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Experience performing electrical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
