Full Time Medical Receptionist

Busy & growing Dermatology practice seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team for both of our offices, Hackettstown and Livingston!

Must provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests and vendors.

Position is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of patient information both over the telephone and in person. This information includes but is not limited to: making appointments within the guidelines set forth in the practice, communicating office needs to patients such as obtaining referrals when needed, entering demographics accurately and displaying a strong understanding of insurance processes and cosmetic procedures offered within the practice.

This position would require travel to our other office occasionally and Saturdays are a must.
