Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Natural Stone Slab Yard. This role is essential to increasing operational efficiency and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will assist with the daily operations of the warehouse, supporting manufacturing, production, and distribution efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products from trucks, flatbeds, and containers
• Safely move materials within the warehouse using a forklift or overhead crane
• Organize, stage, and prepare finished products for outbound shipments
• Receive and inspect incoming stock and materials
• Repair or rebuild wooden A-frames for LTL (less-than-truckload) shipments
• Prepare metal A-frames for return shipments
• Dispose of warehouse waste into designated dumpsters
• Inspect all incoming and outgoing products for quality and report any damages
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to Health & Safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Forklift and/or overhead crane operation experience preferred
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Physically able to lift, move, and handle heavy materials
