Job Description

About the Role:

Join our compassionate team at Central Arkansas Assisted Living Community as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to nursing staff.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life.
Help with mobility and movement, ensuring safety and comfort.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.
Engage residents in recreational activities to promote social interaction.

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in the state of Arkansas.
Previous experience in assisted living or healthcare preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Background check and drug screening required.
