Maintenance Technician

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience for a company located in Conroe, TX (77385). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on blending equipment and machinery
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance on blending machines
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Inspect equipment to identify potential maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with other maintenance-related duties as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance technician experience
• Experience performing mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
• Basic understanding of hydraulic systems
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
