Inventory Coordinator / Driver

WFA Staffing is looking for an Inventory Coordinator/Driver looking to join a team in Milwaukee! This is a direct hire position on 1st shift.

The Inventory Coordinator / Driver plays a crucial role in overseeing small-scale inventory management while efficiently handling deliveries using light trucks and vans. This position requires a mix of warehouse responsibilities and driving duties, including careful stock monitoring, order processing, and ensuring deliveries are made on schedule. The role also involves occasional customer interaction, vehicle maintenance, and strict adherence to safety and documentation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor small-scale inventory levels
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Schedule deliveries and plan optimal driving routes
• Operate light trucks and vans for delivery purposes
• Maintain vehicles through basic inspections and upkeep
• Communicate with customers during delivery interactions
• Load and unload inventory safely and timely
• Ensure all documentation is accurately completed
• Comply with safety protocols in both warehouse and driving activities
• Provide regular inventory reporting and maintain time management

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in inventory control
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Experience with route optimization and warehouse operations
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Understanding of safety protocols and documentation standards
