Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Clear drain and sewer line blockages
- Repair and replace fixtures, faucets, toilets, disposals, and water lines
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair options
- Complete service documentation and work orders accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area
- Follow company safety standards and procedures
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous plumbing, maintenance, or service technician experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move equipment as required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred:
- Residential plumbing experience
- Drain cleaning experience
- Service industry experience
- Trade school or technical training
