Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office & Showroom Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining an organized, professional environment and enjoys supporting a fast-paced sales organization.
This position serves as the face of our office and plays an important role in ensuring our showrooms, meeting spaces, and office operations remain polished, organized, and client-ready at all times.
Responsibilities
• Maintain the appearance and organization of office spaces, showrooms, conference rooms, and storage areas
• Organize and manage incoming product samples and showroom displays
• Prepare showrooms and meeting spaces before and after client meetings
• Ensure sample libraries, inventory, and storage closets remain organized and up to date
• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Assist the sales team with administrative and organizational support
• Coordinate incoming deliveries, shipments, and office supplies
• Help maintain a clean, efficient, and professional office environment
• Support special projects and day-to-day office operations as needed
Qualifications
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with clients and visitors
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Prior office, administrative, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
