Residential Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete daily work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Assist with unit turns and turnkey renovations
• Ensure units are ready for new residents by meeting quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas
• Provide excellent customer service to residents

Qualifications:

• HVAC certification required
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of maintenance issues
• Must have own tools
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
