We are currently seeking 2 experienced Lead Maintenance Technicians to join a growing multifamily apartment community in the Hammond area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional with strong HVAC experience and leadership abilities.
Requirements:
- EPA Universal Certification REQUIRED
- HVAC Certification REQUIRED
- Minimum 3+ years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Experience overseeing work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance
- Ability to train and assist maintenance team members
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Perform apartment turns and make-ready duties
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
- Maintain property curb appeal and common areas
- Assist with groundskeeping and trash removal as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and company standards
- Support emergency and on-call maintenance needs

We are currently hiring 2 Assistant Maintenance Technicians for a multifamily apartment community in Hammond, LA. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with apartment maintenance experience who are ready to grow their careers.
Requirements:
- Multifamily apartment maintenance experience required
- EPA Certification preferred
- HVAC experience preferred
- Knowledge of make-ready procedures, work orders, and general maintenance
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance service requests and repairs
- Assist with apartment make-readies and unit turns
- Perform basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Maintain property grounds and curb appeal
- Assist with trash removal and groundskeeping duties
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure vacant units are ready for new residents
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Assist Lead Maintenance Technicians with larger projects and repairs
