Production Control Coordinator

osition Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator to support our Production Manager and leadership team. This is a newly created role driven by the implementation of our new ERP system. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, computer savvy, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain production data within the ERP system
• Coordinate production schedules and work orders
• Generate reports and assist with production tracking
• Perform clerical and administrative duties related to manufacturing operations
• Work closely with production, inventory, and management teams
• Assist in identifying and resolving production and scheduling issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with ERP systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities
