Responsibilities:

• Process medical, vision, and hearing claims according to healthcare plan guidelines
• Handle incoming calls and emails regarding claim status, eligibility, insurance coverage, and benefits
• Review and analyze claims information for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain production and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with members, coworkers, and supervisors
• Assist with special projects and provide support in other departments as needed
• Document and manage claim information accurately in company systems

Qualifications:

• Previous experience processing medical claims is required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are essential
