RIISEN In-Home Senior Care Caregiver – Non-Medical / Personal Care Baldwin County, Alabama

About the Role

RIISEN In-Home Senior Care is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide personal care and companionship services to seniors in their homes across Baldwin County. This is a meaningful, hands-on role for people who genuinely care about the well-being of older adults.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Provide transportation and accompaniment to appointments and errands
• Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior to the supervising team
• Document services provided accurately and on time

What We're Looking For

• Genuine compassion for seniors and a commitment to quality care
• 10 or more years of caregiving experience required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and dependability
