Industrial Maintenance Technician Prospect, OH | Full-Time | 1st Shift

LaborMax Staffing is currently hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Prospect, Ohio. We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, working with machinery, and learning new skills in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
  

Pay

• Starting pay based on experience
  

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble machinery and components
• Operate machining tools to support production and maintenance needs
• Assist with equipment changeovers
• Safely operate a forklift
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Experience using calipers and micrometers
• Ability to work within tight tolerances
• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Electrical experience is a plus
• AutoCAD and PLC programming experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
