Medical Front Desk Receptionist

The Medical Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients while ensuring smooth office operations. This position balances client-facing duties, clinical support tasks, and marketing outreach, collaborating closely with another front desk staff member and clinical leadership. The receptionist contributes to the overall client experience, maintains accurate records, supports practice workflows, and assists with promotional efforts, all within a calm and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and create an inviting atmosphere
• Manage appointment scheduling, calls, emails, and payment processing
• Keep the office organized and maintain accurate client records
• Monitor workflows and flag operational inefficiencies
• Support clinical tasks such as vitals and assessments (training provided)
• Proactively follow up with clients and assist with new client onboarding
• Assist with social media content creation and email marketing campaigns
• Help produce newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials

Preferred Qualification

• 2+ years experience in client service environments
• High school diploma
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and email marketing tools
• Strong client relations and written communication skills
