CNC Band Saw Operator (Hydmech / HAAS)

Pay Rate: $25

Location: Northwest Houston (77040)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Band Saw Operator with hands-on experience using Hydmech and/or HAAS automatic band saws. This role requires precision, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Cut bar stock and other materials to precise measurements
• Set up and adjust saw cutting speeds based on material type
• Operate horizontal band saw equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain coolant levels and replace blades as needed
• Mark and tag materials according to job documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Hydmech and/or HAAS CNC band saws
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure to  inch
• Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ lbs
• Strong English communication skills (read, write, speak)
• High School Diploma required (GED not accepted)
