Join our Dunkin' team in **Avon** as a high-potential **Shift Leader in Training (Manager Trainee)**, with a clear track to move quickly into a **Shift Leader / Manager** role.
This is a growth-focused opportunity for someone eager to develop leadership skills fast in a fast-paced quick service restaurant (QSR). Through hands-on training, you'll help run daily operations, support a great guest experience, and foster a positive, team-first culture.

**What You'll Do (Daily Responsibilities)**
You'll get to know the entire operation and gradually take on leadership duties, such as:
- Running shifts and keeping the team on track during busy rushes
- Providing excellent guest service and addressing concerns calmly and professionally
- Operating the register and assisting with basic cash-handling procedures
- Training, coaching, and motivating crew members
- Upholding Dunkin' standards for **cleanliness, food safety, and speed of service**
- Helping with opening/closing routines based on your schedule
- Learning the essentials of shift execution (break coverage, deployment, and pacing)

Shift lead, supervisor, key holder, or restaurant leadership experience
Dunkin’, coffee, or QSR experience
**Schedule:** Flexible scheduling available
