What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair robotic and automated equipment to quickly restore operations
- Take ownership of critical equipment and assigned operational zones
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend reliability improvements
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to enhance system performance
- Manage spare parts, tools, and testing equipment
- Work safely around energized equipment while following strict safety procedures
You'll be the go-to expert for your equipment area, helping minimize downtime, improve reliability, and keep operations running smoothly around the clock.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on industrial maintenance or automation experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights when needed
- Authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available)
Preferred
- Technical degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working with automated or robotic equipment
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and industrial controls
- Familiarity with CMMS systems
- Industrial electrical safety training
