What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and repair robotic and automated equipment to quickly restore operations
  • Take ownership of critical equipment and assigned operational zones
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend reliability improvements
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to enhance system performance
  • Manage spare parts, tools, and testing equipment
  • Work safely around energized equipment while following strict safety procedures

You'll be the go-to expert for your equipment area, helping minimize downtime, improve reliability, and keep operations running smoothly around the clock.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on industrial maintenance or automation experience
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights when needed
  • Authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available)

Preferred

  • Technical degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience working with automated or robotic equipment
  • Experience with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and industrial controls
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems
  • Industrial electrical safety training
