Concrete Laborer

The Concrete Laborer will play a key role in supporting commercial construction projects by preparing sites, mixing and pouring concrete, and ensuring high-quality surface finishes. This position works within a medium-sized team of 5-10 members to deliver efficient and safe concrete solutions on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mix and pour concrete accurately for commercial construction projects
• Prepare and set up work sites for concrete application
• Handle and move materials and equipment efficiently
• Operate relevant construction equipment safely
• Finish concrete surfaces to required specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Load and unload construction materials as needed
• Adhere to safety compliance standards at all times
• Perform manual labor tasks to support construction activities

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in construction, preferably with concrete
• Knowledge of concrete mixing techniques
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Strong physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
• Familiarity with workplace safety procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Good time management skills
• Attention to detail in concrete finishing and site preparation
• Clear communication skills for collaborating with team members
